How do you install Aluminium composite panel ?
The most common method to install Aluminium Composite Panel is with tray type (rout and return) panels and sealing joints, is one of its kind and available for a wide range of new buildings and renovation project. Besides, this one can also use Hanging Method, Dry Gasket Joint, Narrow Open Joint, Bullen screw, Padding, etc.
Construction process of aluminum-plastic panel: keel layout and elastic line → installation and leveling of keel → installation of aluminum-plastic panel → trimming and sealing
1) Spring line: Determine the elevation control line and keel layout line. If the ceiling has a change in elevation, the corresponding position of the variable section should be determined, and then the angle aluminum is fixed along the elevation line.
2) Determine the keel position line: Arrange the structural dimensions of the ceiling skeleton according to the size specifications of the aluminum-plastic panel and the area size of the ceiling. It is required that the pattern of the plate combination is complete. Draw the arranged dragon skeleton position line above the elevation line.
3). Installation and leveling of the keel: According to the vertical and horizontal elevation control line, start from one end, level while installing, and then fine-tune it uniformly again.
4) Panel installation: The installation of aluminum-plastic panels and dragon skeletons is mainly fixed by hooks or self-tapping screws. Wire ties can also be used. When installing, arrange the lines according to the springboards, starting from one direction. Install one by one, and pay attention to the hooks are fixed to the keel first, and then hook the small holes on the side of the plate. Handle the aluminum-plastic panel lightly during installation. Protect the surface of the board from impacts or scratches. When fixing with M5 self-tapping screws, first punch a hole with a diameter of 4.2mm with a power drill, and then install the screws.
5) End treatment: When the edge part of the wall next to the wall does not meet the modulus of the square board, after obtaining the approval of the designer and supervisor, the method of closing the wall with the square board and the wall board may be used instead. Board or plasterboard for ceiling treatment.
1. Measure and release the line, and check the line according to the on-site reference line. Use the theodolite to determine the vertical division busbars on the outer surface of the aluminum-plastic board awning, and use the steel wire on the fixed steel bracket as the control line for the mark, and release the centerline of each division.
2. Use a spirit level and a standard steel tape measure to measure the horizontal grid points of the aluminum-plastic board canopy on the wire and make the superscript mark.
3. After the line is positioned, the control positioning point should be checked regularly to ensure that its division is in the correct position.
4. Weld the connector to the embedded part on the main structure by welding. When no embedded iron parts are embedded in the main structure, an expansion bolt can be punched in the main structure to fix the connecting iron parts.
5. According to the construction drawing, use rivets or bolts to fix the aluminum-plastic plate facing on the steel frame one by one. Leave a gap of 10 to 15 mm between the plates to adjust the installation error. When installing aluminum-plastic panel, the deviation between left and right and up and down should not be greater than 1.5㎜.
6.After cleaning the surface of the aluminum-plastic plate and the frame with a detergent, immediately place a sealing strip or a weatherproof strip in the gap between the aluminum plates, and then inject silicone weatherproof sealant and other materials. There are gaps or bubbles.
7.The closing process can use metal plates to cover the end of the wallboard and the keel.
8. Inspection
Wall decoration processing steps:
1. Fill in the gap left by hydroelectric excavation
2. Seal the base layer, and brush the wall flour again with the interface agent to suppress the effects of anti-alkali and cracking on the wall.
3. The flatness of the wall is not good. If the flatness is greater than 2mm, perform a thick leveling treatment, and use a thick leveling material for leveling.
4. When the flatness of the wall is within 2mm, leveling with fine leveling materials, which is what we often call water-resistant putty for leveling.
5. After leveling the wall, you should start to decorate the wall. Choose latex paint or wallpaper according to your preference.
