There are various production processes of aluminum-plastic panels. The process of producing aluminum-plastic panels is first of all to clean aluminum coils. Due to process requirements during production, aluminum coils are coated with lubricants and antioxidants, and some dirt will be attached during transportation, which will affect their adhesion and must be cleaned.

After the aluminum coil is cleaned and chemically treated, a dense chemical protective film will be produced on the surface; this layer of chemical film can improve the oxidation resistance of the aluminum coil and extend the life of the paint film.


The general cleaning process is as follows: aluminum coils-spray degreasing-water-washing-neutralization-chemical-treatment-washing-drying-cooling-rolling.

The cleaned aluminum coil is sent to a coating machine, and the outer surface of the aluminum coil is coated with a high-performance fluorocarbon resin. The process is as follows: aluminum coil material feeding, coating with fluorocarbon coating, hot air cycle baking paint, cooling, coating, cutting, and winding.


The panel of the outer wall aluminum-plastic panel should be coated with two layers of paint and primer. The topcoat of the exterior wall board is a fluorocarbon resin coating with extremely high weather resistance, namely polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). Its excellent UV resistance and environmental pollution resistance make the surface of the protected aluminum coil maintain gorgeous colors. . The surface of the aluminum-plastic composite board can not only have the brilliance of metal, but also have a beautiful marble pattern and color. Fluorocarbon coatings are usually applied to aluminum coils by roller coating, and then dried at high temperature. The equipment is produced in a continuous manner. The primer is applied first, then the topcoat, and finally the surface varnish. The total thickness of the three-layer paint is 30pm. Each layer of paint needs to be baked for about 60s at a temperature of 200℃ or more to dry it. After exiting the baking box, it is quickly cooled by an air cooler.


Interior wall paint can be epoxy resin, polyester resin and acrylic resin. Immediately after the primer, topcoat and surface varnish are applied, a PE protective film is applied to the surface of the coating layer to prevent the surface coating from being scratched during subsequent processing and transportation, and during installation. The protective film is self-adhesive and can be removed after installation. The aluminum coil coated with fluorocarbon resin can enter the process of compounding with the plastic core material. The plastic core material is also essentially three layers, with E plastic in the middle and adhesives on both sides. PE sheet and adhesive can be produced separately, and can also be produced by three-layer co-extrusion. Three layers of co-extruded sheet with adhesive / PE / adhesive structure are produced first, and then laminated with the upper and lower layers of aluminum plate. The composite aluminum-plastic composite plate is 0.15mm thick aluminum plate on both sides and the core layer is 3 ~ 5m, the total thickness is 4 ~ 6mm, and finally cut into 1220mmnX2440mm specifications.
